I don’t have an account with ZayZay, can I still make a purchase?

Of course! If you’re a new customer or you haven’t set up an account with us before, continue to the checkout as a guest. You’ll be able to register for an account at the end of the checkout process if you happen to change your mind.

Do you ship internationally?

If you are located outside Canada or the U.S. and would like to order with us, please contact us at info@zayzayshop.com (Monday to Friday 10am-6pm.)

How long should my linens last?

This will depend on how you care for your linens and how much you use them. With proper care, 100% Egyptian cotton sheets can last decades.


What if an item is on back order?

We strive to maintain inventory on all of our products. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email as soon as the product is available again.
