As the impact caused by coronavirus continues to evolve, we want to assure you our fulfillment centre and carrier networks are open and operational.
Canada Post and UPS shipping services are doing their best to deliver in a timely fashion, but there may be some delays as a result of additional safety measures. Our warehouse has noted, overall, delivery may take an extra two or three days, depending on location.
To minimize points of close contact, we will not be requesting signatures for deliveries to the door, eliminating the need for scanners and stiles pens to be passed back and forth.
Where possible, delivery agents will apply a safe drop process. This means they will leave your package outside your door it it’s safe to do so. Where this is not feasible, the agent will leave a notice card indicating the post office where you can pick up your items by showing proof of identity.
To our Toronto / GTA customers - option for guaranteed delivery within 48 hours
If you are located within the greater Toronto area, we can guarantee delivery within 48 hours to your home for an additional charge, a flat fee of $25.
For this added service you must contact us BEFORE placing your order.
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse via Canada Post or UPS and are expedited within 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed Monday to Friday. Shipping times vary depending on location, but generally your order should be received within a week.

We do not provide free return shipping for orders; customers are responsible for the shipping cost pertaining to returned goods.
ZayZay is not responsible for tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees or any other costs required to import merchandise. Some orders may arrive with C.O.D. conditions that are the responsibility of the customer. Orders that are undeliverable will be returned, and customers will be required to pay for outbound and return freight cost.
Please be advised we require a signature upon receipt of your delivery. As added insurance, we do not leave packages at your door. This is a safety precaution for you as well as protecting your purchase.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Currency conversion may vary depending on your bank's exchange rate. No duties or charges are charged at checkout, but may apply when delivered. Shipping is free.
Please Note: At check-out, your total will convert to Canadian dollars. Don't be alarmed – your credit card company will convert the charge back to U.S. currency and you will still pay the U.S. dollar amount as indicated on your cart page.
